Friendly service, but I would not hire them again. Here's why. I paid a lot of money (more than other cleaners), so I was expecting professional cleaners. Instead I got a team of backpackers who clearly had no idea how to clean. Basic things were untouched, like skirting, cobwebs on ceilings, and the tops of power outlets. Dead insects were still found in carpets, so the cleaning was superficial.

The new tenants came back with plenty of cleaning issues. Will not use them again. When I use a company, I want to make sure that I don't need to get involved. If I have to keep an eye on the cleaner, then I am better of hiring a cleaner at $25 an hour. If I am paying $60 an hour per cleaner, I think a level of quality control is required. Perth vacate cleaning is trying to escape their responsibilty by saying we will come for touch ups. Also they give 5 days period to do touch ups not 28 days as mentioned in responses. I paid 150 dollars to do a follow up cleaning in kitchen. I NEVER SAID THIS LOOKED GOOD...I WAS NOT PRESENT DURING CLEANING. I AM NOT FROM PERTH, SO YOU ARE CONFUSED.

I choose Perth Vacate as they had good reviews and seemed professional and organised admin wise. When the ‘team’ arrived they had minimal cleaning equipment on them (which was later refelected in the end of lease inspection) I paid $590 for a end of lease clean which is more expensive for the least impressive clean I’ve ever seen. There was an offer to go back for a ‘touch up’ which was going over almost everything they said they would look after in the first place, but in my 10 years+ of renting I have never once had to send a company back for a ‘touch up’ & I had such a bad review for the final lease inspection, the real estate said it wasn’t a professional clean and to never use this company again. I work fifo but I wish I took time to complete the clean myself, money wasted & real estate are sending their cleaners at our expense. Would not recommend

I recently had a end of lease clean done with Perth Vacate Cleaning, I can’t recommend them enough! My real estate agent recommended them to me and I see why. Nothing was missed and the staff were so professional and friendly. Which is not always the case with cleaners! Worth every penny

I had such a great experience with these guys. I don't usually write reviews but felt I should as they did such a great job. My excessively difficult agent found a couple of (minor) things that she wasn't happy with and they had no hesitation in calling her, picking up the keys and going back for a touch up clean, free of charge. I didn't have to do a thing! I have saved their number for next time.

A total waste of a lot of money. they were late and did the worse job, I had to do it myself in the end. Sent an email, to let them know, with no response. I would not recommend this company and disappointed in myself for being so trusting they would do a half decent job. It was actually worse afterwards as they obviously walked there dirty shoes thru the sloppy attempt at mopping. It was just a joke!

Very expensive. Cleaners were late and then missed parts. Then when they were supposed to come back to finish the job they never turned up. Messages never returned. They wanted $50 to sweep a garage!!? Walls not washed. I had to go back and finish the job myself. Don't bother. Find someone else to do it for you.

Don’t use this company. Just checked the result of $469 service I have to pay for. Everything was wrong and they have never shown up to actually clean your apartment. This is just horrible. Don’t believe to the positive reviews here.

Fantastic job done for an end-of-lease clean in the house I was renting. Kelvin met me on the morning of the clean and went through everything, including optional extras so there were no surprises when it came to payment. The team done a great job removing the dust and dirt from 4 years of occupation! The bathroom turned out amazing but I was really impressed with the overall result.
